The story follows the pair from the first giggles onward and tells the bond from both sides rather than picking one of them as the protagonist. That even split is the hard part to get right and the reason it works — a twin book with a lead character is a book one of them will resent. One copy, both names. Softcover.
It is a favourite at twin baby showers and first birthdays, occasions that otherwise produce two of everything. This is deliberately not two of anything. The single shared copy is part of the point, and it will be argued over eventually, which is also part of the point.
