How long will my order take?
Production takes 2–4 business days, and standard shipping adds a further 3–7 business days within the United States.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time begin production the same business day; later orders begin the next one. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days once the book leaves us.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.99 and free on orders of $75 or more; express shipping is $14.00.
We ship to United States addresses only. Both rates and the free-shipping threshold are the ones charged at checkout.
Can I return a personalized book?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived faulty or was sent in error, and no restocking fee is charged. Start a return by emailing support@wildtimecomicsstories.com.
Can I visit the store at 703 Washington St?
No — the storefront is temporarily closed to visitors, so there is no local pickup.
Every order placed on this site is printed and shipped. The address is still where the business is registered and where post reaches us.
How do I fix a misspelled name after ordering?
Email support@wildtimecomicsstories.com as soon as you notice it, and ideally within the 2–4 business days a book spends in production.
Personalization is committed when the book goes to print. Before that point a correction can be applied to the order; after it, the copy has already been printed with the spelling as it was submitted.
