1. Who you are contracting with

These terms cover purchases from Wild Time Comics & Stories at wildtimecomicsstories.com.

The business address is 703 Washington St, Attleboro, MA 02703, United States, and the contact address is support@wildtimecomicsstories.com.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when the order confirmation is sent.

An order may be declined — for example where an item cannot be produced, or where the personalization submitted cannot be printed.

3. Personalization

The personalization you submit is printed exactly as it is entered.

Spelling, capitalisation and accents are reproduced as submitted, which is why the checkout asks you to check them. Personalization carrying another party's trademark, or content that is unlawful or abusive, will not be printed, and such an order is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in United States dollars and are the ones shown at checkout.

Shipping is added at checkout, and tax is added where it applies. A price displayed in error may be corrected before an order is accepted.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by the shipping policy and the refund policy published on this site.

Both form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The text, images and design on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use.

Buying a book gives you the book. It does not grant a licence in the story or the artwork inside it.

7. Limits

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Disputes arising from them are heard in the courts of Massachusetts.
